We have included these FAQ's to answer some of the most common questions on our fishing trips and boat trips, but if there is something not covered you would like to ask, please feel free to get in contact.
Yes we have a toilet on board both our vessels.
On all charters except wrecking, equipment & tackle is included. You may wish to bring your own bait.
There is plenty of free parking in and around Holyhead marina. The vessels leave from Holyhead Marina’s pontoon, LL651YA. You can find us here; Anglesey Fishing & Boat Trips - Google Maps
Please arrive 15 minutes before the charter to enable the boat to leave on time.

Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes. Please bring any food or drinks which you would like on the charter.
Bait is not included, you must bring bait with you. You can get bait from Cybi Stores & Baits which is a convenience shop which sells food & drinks & supply frozen baits open 7am - 10pm, 7 days a week (0.8 miles away from departure), 36 Thomas St, Holyhead, LL651RS. The following recommended bait is required;
You can take home any fish which is in size and edible.
We only allow children from the age of 5 years old, this is due to insurance and ensuring we have the correct life safe equipment on board.
Dogs are not allowed on fishing trips only on private charters. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed on private charters and we are not responsible or liable for the animal whilst aboard.
On our fishing vessel, Upholder the maximum passengers we can take is 10 people and on our sight-seeing vessel, Lopheila the maximum number passengers we can carry is 12 passengers.

If we have to cancel for any reason including weather you will be fully reimbursed or offered an alternative date
We endeavour to confirm our trips 36 hours before. For example, if you are sailing on a Saturday we confirm on a Thursday evening after 6pm when the weather updates.
On general fishing/wreck fishing or private charters, hot drinks such as tea and coffee can be supplied.
Upholder & Lopheila all passengers need to be able to step on the boat. On Lopheila there are 3 steps which need to be climbed down, when booking this needs to be taken into consideration and that the passengers coming aboard are able bodied. It is advised that passengers suffering with back issues take this into consideration before booking a trip on our sight-seeing vessel, Lopheila.
